The Atlanta Chapter organizes several opportunities for our members to play each week. The more you play the more your game improves.

Sign Up and Tee Times
What are the registration rules?
Sign up to play using the EWGAtlanta Sign Up and Tee Times page. Each of the signup sheets provides the cutoff date for registrations. Please show up in a timely fashion for your tee time. Payments are made directly to the course on the day of play. If there are weather issues on the play day, contact the course directly. Please remember we are an all-volunteer organization and have many time constraints placed on us. Each of us does our best to respond to any questions or concerns in a timely fashion. We strive to serve our members to the best of our ability.
What is the most important thing to know about Weekly Play?
Have fun! Weekly play is about getting out on the course for a few hours with some fellow members and having a good time. Maybe even hanging out afterwards for dinner and good conversation. Golf as social media!
Do I get Players' Cup points?
Yes. You receive one point each time you play in Weekly Play. The coordinators report the golfers each week. The Weekly Play chair summarizes the points and forwards that information to the President on a monthly basis, who awards points and post to website. For more info, go to Players' Cup.
Can I participate if I do not have a handicap?
Yes. Handicaps are not required. However, we strongly encourage all members to establish a handicap. Golfers should enter scores from rounds played at USGA sanctioned courses; in general, executive courses do not qualify.
Can I sign up as a new golfer?
Yes. While you are welcome to play at any of the weekly play courses, The River Pines Par 3, Fox Creek, and Cross Creek are best suited for new golfers. We encourage our new golfers to communicate directly with the coordinators to help make your experience positive.
Please contact Angela Kenison, our weekly play coordinator, at email@example.com with any questions.
