I started playing golf when all the boys at work were taking off to play & I was stuck working. The first first time I played golf was at a work related scramble tournament. I used my boss' clubs (he is 6'2, I'm 5'3). I didn't have any clubs, balls shoes etc. When the day was over, I was exhausted & done with golf! A few days later, I decided to take a couple of lessons and try it again. That was 9 years ago!
I was introduced to the EWGA at a convention in New Orleans. A member gave me the information about EWGA and I joined! Have been loving the golf and the company of many "golf girls"!!
My favorite golf saying is from a napkin that i once owned. "I hate golf, I hate golf, good shot, I love golf". Lol.....
