Weekly Play Sign-up

The Atlanta Chapter organizes eight opportunities for our members to play each week.  We believe the more we play the more our game  improves.  And playing frequently gives each of us the opportunity to make new friends and play new courses.

Opportunities to play include the following courses:

• CHATEAU ELAN Resort
• CROSS CREEK Golf Course
• FOX CREEK Golf Course
• HERITAGE Golf Links – New in 2011
• RIVER PINES Par 3 Course
• RIVER PINES Championship Course
• ST. MARLO Country Club - New in 2011
• STEEL CANYON Golf Course - New in 2011
• STONE MOUNTAIN Golf Course

Can I sign up if I do not have a handicap?

Handicaps are not required to play in any of the weekly play locations.  However, we strongly encourage all members to begin establishing a handicap.  Golfers should enter scores from rounds played at USGA sanctioned courses; note that, in general, executive courses do not qualify.

Can I sign up as a new golfer?

The River Pines Par 3, Fox Creek, Cross Creek, and Steel Canyon courses have weekly play best suited for new golfers.  We encourage our new golfers to communicate directly with the coordinators to help make your experience positive.

What are the registration rules?

Each of the registration sheets provides the cutoff date for registrations.  At each course, you will pay the course.  If there are weather issues on the play day, contact the course directly.

What is the most important thing to know about weekly play?

Have fun!!  Please remember we are an all-volunteer organization and have many time constraints placed on us.  Each of us does our best to respond to any questions or concerns in a timely fashion.  We strive to serve our members to the best of our ability.
